أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةُ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ
Transliteration
Afdalu-l-jihādi kalimatu 'adlin 'inda sultānin jā'ir
Translation
Abu Said al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The best jihad is a just word spoken before an unjust ruler."
