نِعْمَتَانِ مَغْبُونٌ فِيهِمَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ الصِّحَّةُ وَالْفَرَاغُ

Transliteration

Ni'matāni maghbūnun fīhimā kathīrun minan-nāsi: as-sihatu wal-farāgh

Translation

Ibn Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "There are two blessings which many people squander: good health and free time."
